PREPARE FOR YOUR MASSAGE
RELAX AND BE PRESENT
Give yourself a few minutes before the therapy starts. Focus
on your breath for a few deep breath out and in.
It is important to think and remember today is your day, and
you are so special to us. Your massage therapist is going to focus on just what you need. Be happy and enjoy your session.
GROUNDING AND CENTERING
Give a massage therapist a few minutes to ground and
center in order to bring positive intentions to you and
increase the level of focus on the therapist's goals.
SOMETIMES THINGS HAPPEN
Please don't stand us up. If you cannot make it, no problem. Let us know at least 5 hours in advance. You will be
charged for any cancelation within those 5 hours. Text, email, or call will be accepted for your cancelation request.
MAKE LIFE EASIER
We would like you to arrive early for your appointment. We suggest at least 15 minutes early before your session starts.
Some people like essential oils and some don't. You may
request us not to use if you don't like it.
We use our best music that is a very effective form of therapy
to relax you, however if you have a preference, feel free to
let us know.
Completed the Intake and Health Information form
before your massage session is helpful.
